Kickstarter Status

This is about getting a quick and up-to-date overview.

Status

Production: Completed except for the German regulations.
-> Some figures do not correspond to the quality that is desired. This is being reworked. (11.11.2025)
-> Figures to be produced at the end of January 2025.
-> Various other game products, dice, etc. before and after this date.
-> Delivery of the last components at the end of May 2025.

Delivery preparations: Packing of the figures / sets since July 2025.

Dispatch: In general, shipping is still open for most bakers.
-> Great Britain = Backers have received their goods.
-> EU = no goods, to be launched from the end of October. First packages are in delivery.
-> USA = situation open. The latest status was that DHL does not make any deliveries to the USA because of the new customs laws.
-> Others = no goods, should also be launched at the end of October. Send over UK.
-> Germany = Since German rulesbook are not yet finished, German backers receive their goods in two stages. First the normal goods (see EU) and as soon as the rules are ready, they will be delivered later.

Notes:
Unfortunately, communication is sluggish over the long period of time. It is clearly recognizable that the German part of the Uhrwerk Verlag has not explicitly assigned any person to Chronopia, but that many things are done from the normal day-to-day business.
Since the day-to-day business consists of the development, production and distribution of role-playing systems, Chronopia easily falls out and the impression of inconsistent action remains.

Timeline

• 20. November 2025: In recent days, deliveries outside the UK have been confirmed. Delivery to German bakers, apart from the handover to Messe Essen, have not yet been confirmed.
• 11. November 2025: Quality problems with some figures. Cases of illness after the fair at the publishing house. USA delivery is still being clarified. Rest of the world (except EU) are supplied via UK.
• 27. October 2025: Due to a communication problem, there was a regular sale at an event in Great Britain. This was described by the Uhrwerk Verlag as not approved, as all backers are to be supplied first.
• 25. October 2025: At the Messe Spiel Essen, Backers, registered in advance, were given the opportunity to pick up their order.
• 02. October 2025: Info to the German backers that they will receive their goods in two stages due to the lack of rules. As a consolation, there are the starter rules in German as a PDF for download.
• 26. September 2025: Shipping of the packages to the Backers from the UK.
• 19. September 2025: The note that the UK backers will soon receive their goods. The remaining backers will gradually receive their goods after the Messe Spiel (23 - 26.10.2025). The USA is still unresolved because of the current customs policy and DHL problems.
• 12. September 2025: Short interim status will be announced. Again the note that the backers from the UK are supplied locally and the goods are sent to the contact person.
• 23. May 2025: The box sleeves have arrived from China. The packing of the figures and sets can now be started.
• 29. January 2025: All figures are finished and will be delivered to Uhrwerk Verlag. The production of the box sleeves is commissioned in China. Markers are in the delivery. Playing cards are in production preparation. Most of the other game materials have been finished and delivered. The planned delivery of the backers is also addressed and it is pointed out that the bakers from the UK are supplied from the UK, while the rest receive their goods from Germany.
• 16. April 2024: Playing cards in both language variants have been delivered.
• 24. December 2024: The first figures have been delivered.
• 27. November 2024: No reaction from the first manufacturing company. All figures had been produced at this time. The firstborn have to be produced again.
• 28. October 2024: Most of the figures are finished. Uhrwerk Verlag requests the delivery of the firstborn from the first manufacturing company.
• 20. September 2024: The elves are ready, the dwarves are in preparation. The German rulebook and solo adventure goes out to the backers as a PDF.
• 14. August 2024: The Blackbloods are finished, the elves are in preparation.
• 15. July 2024: The play mats and dice trays have been delivered to Uhrwerk Verlag.
• 12. June 2024: The faction dice have been delivered to Uhrwerk Verlag. A significant proportion of the Blackblood figures are finished.
• 05. April 2024: Backers will receive the final rulebook and the solo adventure as a PDF..
• 29. January 2024: For the first time, a table with the status of figure production by model type is published. Apart from the firstborn, only a few other figures are finished or in progress.
• 22. January 2024: Due to the ongoing problems in the production of figures, Uhrwerk Verlag decides to activate additional producers for the missing figures. Additional production is scheduled to start in May 2024.
• 06. November 2023: The figure manufacturer reacts with a statement to the criticism that has developed as to why the production of the figures is progressing so slowly. Among other things, he explains the lengthy process from a 3D model to a finished figure.
• 28. October 2023: A status to the figures (firstborn are finished). Note that various other game materials are in production (bases, dice trays, etc.). German rulebook / material is in progress.
• 02. June 2023: Production of the figures has started.
• 19. May 2023: The Uhrwerk Verlag sums up their lack of experience in the production of a tabletop system, especially the figures. Which turns out to be longer than planned periods again and again. In addition, reference is made to some developments in recent years that hinder the whole thing.
• 05. May 2023: The effort involved in the production of the figures will be announced. The box cover will be announced and passed on to Heroic Signatures for approval.
• 14. April 2023: The first figures from production created in the SioCast were delivered for acceptance, test models and presentation.
• 03. April 2023: Sending the PDF version of the beta rules to the backers.
• 24. February 2023: The alpha version of the rulebook will be sent to the rights holder Heroic Signatures for approval.
• 17. February 2023: Shipment of the STL Training Dummy and PDF tents with the beta rules to the backers (level 40+).
• 05. November 2022: Pledge Manager closed. Note: Apparently, something could be added much later.
• 06. October 2022: Pledge Manager launched.
• 29. Juni 2022: An announcement addresses some rumors about the closure of the online shop and store of Uhrwerk Verlag.
• 31. May 2022: 3D models are still being worked on. Here are the elves.
• 29. March bis 01. May 2022: The Kickstarter campaign for the relaunch of Chronopia. The financing goal of 41200 euros was more than achieved with 57280 euros. The funding was provided by 310 supporters (backers).

Wann bekommen die Eu. Unterstützer ihre Figuren, es hat schon vor einem Monat geheißen, das sie ausgeliefert werden..... Wie lange noch.

Im not official. I cant say the start of the delivery. I think in the next two weeks we have more information.
